Yes. And I believe Rusyn is the most centralised Slavic language with influences from neighbouring languages. Also being such a small ethnic group, they historically had to know more than one Slavic language. Sadly, the language is in heavy decline. Not Slovjak, but also spoken in the East of Slovakia.
