It'd be difficult to get genetic results from these regions, not just because of the small populations, but also because these micro-states are rather cosmopolitan. 34% of Liechtenstein's population, 45% of Luxembourg's population and 68% of Andorra's population is foreign, Sammarinese are only 20% of the population of San-Marino and Monegasques are only 16% of the population in Monaco. So I don't think we'll ever see genetic results from these countries, or at least, meaningful genetic results.

Liechtensteinians would be like Swiss Germans or Tyrolese
Andorrans would be like Catalans/NE Spaniards
Monegasques would be like Ligurians

— The Luxembourgers have special affinities with French Lorraine and the Belgian Ardenne district. Since those regions have undergone strong Germanic influences, all in all, people must spot a little bit closer to German than to French people.

Oh, and I forgot: popular architecture is a French/German mix (more French than German generally), but with very strong Celtic overtones (like in Belgian Ardenne).

It's easy to become a resident in Monaco (if you're a €billionaire of course); becoming a Monegasque subject is almost impossible.
This citizenship is very sought after, but the Prince of Monaco has the sovereign right to decide who is allowed to be admitted as a countryman. Very few (less than 1%) demands are responded positively.
The happy holders of a Monegasque passport are generally poorer than the majority of dirt wealthy foreigners local population is made of, but they see themselves as some kind of hereditary nobilty.
