are English people pure Anglo-Saxon ?

after visiting England and Nordic countries i dont see any similarities between these 2 Groups beside language which is strange as English people claim to be Anglo-Saxon, both Germanic tribes are from modern day Denmark and extreme north west of Germany.

i think after visiting both Regions for a long time i can easily tell an English apart from group of Nordics and Dutchmen(faricians). i have seen some genetic Studies as well which claims that English are only minority (20%-30%) are Anglo-Saxon while rest are mixture of Celtic, Roman and Iberian original Ancestry. i must say that i agree with most of these studies.

English are 15%-20% Germanic while 70% are same old Celtic and Iberian mixture stock.

There is no Iberian ancestry of any significance among the English, yet it's true they are pred. Britonnic with cca. 25% Anglo-Saxon admixture which is highest in south-eastern England and decreasing towards the west.

Given that loads of rockers and goths and metallers like to dye their hair and eyelashes etc jet black and wear dark clothing in rock and metal and gothic bands, I don't see how they represent a nation of 64 million people.

That's like only showing all the numerous blond singers in the UK as a representation of our nation.

Btw, Angles, Saxons and Jutes weren't just blond... but plenty of Anglo Saxons were brunettes too, as shown in Anglo Saxon artwork.

Just like there's also light-haired Celtic people with no Viking ancestry or Germanic ancestry.

It means nothing. There exist even black haired Finns and Swedes. Average English person is light to medium brown haired with blue eyes and pale skin.
