Hmmm let me think about it....
The Romans did, the Bulgarians did, the Serbs did, the Ottomans did...
Unless you think that the Greeks are not actually Greeks but Romans who took on the Greek name only recently, than the Greeks held it only ever since 1912!

Macedonia is Southern Serbia, and that should be a proper name.

Bitola, a second largest Serbian city Pre-SHS Serbia.

Vardar is a Southern Serbia as well as Northern Greece.

Where in that video did anyone see Greece or Hellas? The same applies to Aegean Macedonia.

Just because Cyprus for example was held by the Persians, Venetians or Ottomans, that does not mean that its indigenous population ethnologically transformed into Persians, Venetians or Ottomans during the respective period.

Same with Macedonia or any other area in the world.

To not understand that, I believe, is to be a stupid person.
Being Greek is an experienced grounded into nation, not consumption.

Macedonia is originally just Macedonia. Before all those Bulgar, Serb and Byzantine occupations.

Then what happened to Anatolians, how they got Turkified?

Historians said that 14 million Anatolians encountered about 200-300k Turks.

I mean, Bosnia was under Ottoman government for 500 years yet we all continued with our language and culture.

    Actually many times it did...
The most obvious example is Bosniensis, a psychologically unstable man whose ancestors went in a process of ...ization many times and no wonder that once in a while he is a Turk, another time a Vlach and than a bigger Serb than the Serbs themselves.
But on more serious note, the same applies to modern ethnic Macedonians who by no means are pure Slavs or pure Bulgarians as you like to call them.
Also keep in mind that the modern Greeks, during most of the medieval history were Romans...
