The city & the area therein I currently live in is considered mid-tier & upper segment respectively & the prevailing residential rates for a well built house range from $1100-1300 / sq.m .

The ex-city & the area therein I have lived in past is considered hi-tier & mid segment respectively & the prevailing residential rates for a well built house (apartment actually) range from $5500-6000 / sq.m .
