SOutheastern Slavs just dont have the tradition to have names the same as their ethnicity. Actually I dont know any other nation in the world that does that except Southwestern Slavs. Which is absolutely dumb tradition in my opinion.

These people are just uneducated villagers who fell under Serbian propaganda. They named their children Srbin in order to emphasize their foreign affiliation.

Actually English names are pretty popular these days. Are Russian names popular in Serbia?

So its not outrageous to suggest that at least a few individual Macedonian families started identifying with Serbia and Serbs a while after their land got annexed by Dushan. Lowland Scots used to identify as ethnic English before they got annexed by Scotland for example. Also, once Macedonia was annexed by Serbia, some Serbs started migrating to Macedonia. Considering that Dushan made Skopia Serbia's capital, the amount of Serbs that would have migrated from Serbia to Macedonia may have been somewhat significant.
In Macedonia there are Serbian minority near Skopje around Skopska Crna Gora mountain and in Kumanovo area https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skopska_Crna_Gora
They have typical Serbian surnames which ended on ić, not on ski as most of Macedonians. They live there since middle age. In Ottoman time some Serbs from Skopska Crna Gora had 2 religions. Officially they were Muslims and secretly they were Orthodox.
Famous Serbian village near Kumanovo is Staro Nagoričane. In that village there is church of St. Geogre which was founded by Serbian king Milutin in early 14th century.

Monastery Lesnovo in Macedonia was founded in 1341 by Serbian nobleman Jovan Oliver https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesnovo_monastery

Serbian cultural-historical and religiuos heritage in Macedonia is rich, but Skopians deny that fact.
In Macedonia exist native Serbs. Earlier they were much more numerouis than today, because happened macedoniazation of many Serbs after 1945. Skopjans deny existence of native Serbs in Macedonia. For them, all Serbs in Macedonia are colonists after 1912, and that is not true.

^ Do you think the people mentioned by Novi Pazar are of Serb descent or Macedonians that named their children like that?

People which had name Srbin in Macedonia, were Serbs. Srbin means Serb on Serbian language.
There is no any sense that people which were not ethnic Serbs (Macedonians, Bulgarians...) have name Srbin.
Among Macedonians also exist surname Srbinovski.

Near Gostivar exist village Srbinovo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Srbinovo

Among Macedonians exist surname Srbinovski and earlier existed name Srbin. Amomg Macedionians neither among Serbs there is no any name or surname which derivated from Macedonia or Macedonian ethnonym. Guess which nation is artificial!
