I drank 10.3 liters of diet soda today

24 12 oz cans + 3 20 oz cups from the cafe= 348 oz = about 10.3 liters

All of it was diet coke/pepsi/mtn dew

Will doing this every day have lasting effects on my health and well-being?

I don't like the aftertaste regular soda leaves in my mouth, and it sometimes makes my stomach hurt.

Whereas I can literally drink like 50 oz of diet soda in an hour without even breaking a sweat lol

It's the opposite for me, diet has a bad aftertaste.

I drink lots of Diet Coke as well, it's very addictive in all honesty, which reminds me that I've got to quit it for my own future well being lol
