They sound bit mystical and shamanism, don't they? Finns pagan gods had some similarities with Viking Gods (or Greeks Gods), but they differed exactly as they were someway more spiritual creatures than pure physical ones/physical creatures/ones having pure physical forms. Samis culture still have some of that left.

I like most of them. Many sound familiar in the way that I think I could pronounce it a lot easier than any other language.
Unfortunately yes, lots of them are dying, or are dead already... i do find this sad, especially because Ugric is even fewer, so they will just disappear soon...

I agree they do sound mystical, and I really like that! Their old religions are pretty interesting, Mansi's is intriguing as well.
    Nature always wins.

The humanphenotypes.net representation of Alföld type is straight none-existent in Hungary in that form, an invention. I never ever seen a man or woman looking like those two people among us, they would look exotic. However Dúró Dóra and Kövér László are more valid representations of Alföld type, those types of faces you can really see in real life among Hungarians.

These are some other common, real-life Alföld (or close to it) faces among Hungarians:

    Bayer Zsolt

    Papp Lajos

    Huth Gergely

    Novák Katalin

    Cseh Katalin

    Kapás Boglárka

But they all look very different to each other. I thought my family looked alfoldi but everyone on here basically denied it so I'm confused and my family as a whole has ppl that look similar to the 1st. 2nd and 3rd ones.

Don't think my examples are that different looking from one another, besides having different age groups. No type has picture-perfect duplicates, but you gotta look the larger picture, every individual has their unique look, except doppelgangers, lol. To me you have hints of Alföld, but since your mostly Romanian side, you shift away from average Alföld looking Hungarians. Haven't seen your relatives to judge them.
