A beginner's guide to travel from Milan to Zurich using the fabulous Bernina Express. The video shows the regional train from Milan to Tirano (depart 10:20, arrive 12:50), the Bernina Express Tirano to Chur (depart 14:04, arrive 18:27) and connecting InterCity train to Zurich (depart 18:39, arrive 19:53), showing both the spectacular scenery and the trains themselves. Note that the older Milan-Tirano trains shown in this video were replaced in 2015 by smart modern air-conditioned trains.

But as the video shows, those who don;t know what they're missing will find it a scenic and enjoyable journey on excellent trains, past lovely Swiss & Italian lakes.
