I love running but have been really slacking with it. I decided to start again today.
I typically run between 1 and 3 miles. I also love doing sprints. I typically switch up the style of running every other day.
I also rarely use a treadmill unless the weather is bad. I find it as "cheating" because it holds a steady pace for you. Holding this pace without the treadmill is hard, especially once you start to get tired.
Anyone else like running? What's your routine? Mile times? Weight (plays a role)?
