    Yes I can grow fairly. But firstly is health cause, turned out I have high blood pressure and cardiac arrhytmia which is pretty sucks at my age, and because everything else was okay by the examination, the cause is probably the cigaratte and stress..so I threw out the tobacco and try to do something useful before I get a heart attack lol

    I quit jogging/running. Not because of my weight. I don't have the build for it. If you have long legs it's good. If you are long waisted, not so much. Also I noticed that it was putting strain on my knees a bit. Bike riding is much more beneficial overall and more fun. Jogging is boring.

    Bike riding is great but no, it's not more beneficial. That's your opinon.

    Also, your weight does play a role. What do you weigh and what is your height?
