Among Western and Northwestern Europeans it is not pratriculary uncommon, but at the same time not particularly frequent.
In Eastern Europe and Scandinavia Hair tends to be straight rather than somewhat wavy and is thinner.
No European population has a curly hair majority and wooly hair only occurs in a few populations at very low frequencies.

No, that's not curly at all and its clearly styled.Curly hair does not go below ears,even when grown for 1 year.Let me show you mine:
Thats a nappy headed negress, not curly.Only in remote isolated islands, you find real caucasoids with curly hair,mostly because those areas where not touched by indo shits who brought the mutt straight hair.You will never find real curly hair outside Europe.Most curly hair in Europe is from SSA too,and almost always jet black.

I have wavy to curly hair, i took it from my mothers side!
Among Pontic Greeks its really frequent I can say.
