Thats cool haha, i love my caribbean peoples too. they always know how to have fun and they have a huge sense of humor, as i do myself too ofcourse

But just a question, i was born with naturally curly brown hair, slowly but gradually my hair turned darker and darker and also straighter over time. I had small/tight curls till the age of 10, loose curls and more straight at the top till i was 14, and then it went more straight from then. I am now almost 18, only 27 days left till i am 18 and my hair is slowly starting to become more wavyish curly.

also, my hair never used to do this when i got out of the shower and washed my hair with conditioning, so is this a sign of slow, but definite change in hair texture? or should i keep an eye out if it changes tomorrow again or not? i have no clue when it comes to hair and hairtexture whatsoever, i am a typical boy

I don't know how much damage your hair has had, nor do I know much about curly hair in general... But I know curly hair needs a lot of moisture to retain its shape and health. Puberty and hormonal changes can also change your hair texture, from curly to straight or vice versa. If I were you I would buy curly hair shampoo and conditioner and maybe a moisturizing hair mask (look up curly hair care routines on the internet) and see if your hair starts to get more curly.

im not sure bro, usually if i wash my hair with shampoo every other day my hair becomes very dry feeling, brittle, and straighter. When i wash my hair with conditioner only my hair becomes more wavy/curly, its quite strange.

but yeah, ill look for some curly hair shampoos and conditioners for a change. Maybe that will actually help bring out my curls more who knows cuz i have VERY thick hair, so i have like 3 layers of hair and my under layer of hair is usually the most curly, which is basically blocked from existance by my other layers of hair, its funny as hell.

Well, i have styled my hair once with heat when i was younger for fun. My gay cousin styled my hair to make me look like Goku XDD it was funny as hell. but furthermore i have never really styled my hair, my mom did use to forcefully comb my hair while it was dry, and i also used to blowdry my hair quite alot so maybe that damaged my hair alot.

i also didnt know how to use conditioner and shampoo at the time, i just put conditioner on my head and washed it out immediately, not waiting 1 min or so so yeah maybe thats why too. poor maintainence and hair damage + puberty is probably the reason why my hair texture changed

and yeah, i will definitely buy some curly hair shampoo + conditioner to see if it works, i will also look up some routine perhaps. i just want my curls back yknow wut im sayin straight wavyish hair makes me look like a deformed afro-mexican.

ppl think i look like a goddamn quadroon due to my straight hair, its quite annoying to hear ppl call u a quadroon, mexican, arab, egyptian, etc etc every day meanwhile all u are is half black + half white LOL

Yeah, cause I was like checking now shampoos or conditioners but all are ones that actually straighten you hair and not make them more curly. My hair is straight and thick as fuck too, when I wake up my hair is literally just standing up or are in retarted angle, I hate them, but atleast my barber said my hair will never fall out because they are strong as fuck
