It's not free if half your paycheck is taken by taxes all the time. The only reason they can do that in northern Europe is because immense wealth + equality was already built by natural resources and capitalism. Now they are trying to ruin what they built by letting millions of useless immigrants move in and take everything.

It is easier to manage that with a smaller a population also. The USA used to be a medical tourism spot for some European countries (maybe Canada also) that had "free" healthcare. Guessing access to Doctors and long waiting lines, rationing, was the reason.

Yes you pay taxes, so what, even Americans do. I would rather live in Sweden where country literally take care of everything than in USA, just check how good does Sweden look, its not like 5 streets full of rich bois and then crack-head ghetto like in the US.
