That's a really interesting answer. I was curious what populations people from India would choose. Although 1.3bln is the population of the entire India, I was asking about a county (more local, regional, so that you and your local residents interact with the new 80%) rather than the entire country. But I guess the answer would still be the same?

yeah the answer would still be the same. I wouldn't care and have no such preference about the ancestry of the selected population as long as they are completely assimilated in the society and culture of their country.
