At gunpoint, I know I wouldn't want to live in Romania as that one was the most totalitarian of the bunch. Albania wasn't Warsaw Pact country at an early stage after Stalin's passing and they ended up being the North Korea of Europe after some short-lived alliance with China. Possible even worse than communist Romania.
Otherwise, meh, all the same. GDR is probably better as you'd end up in a unified Germany after its collapse. GDR citizens also had more liberal values, even under communism than other Warsaw Pact citizens.
