I like Imperial Germany more than Imperial Japan. This was hardly a war though.

Imperial Germany was the big gay, although Japan wasn't much better even in WWII. They should've stuck to Kita Ikki's writings.

It was indeed more of a skrmish than total fighting. I like both, also Germany was quite brave in WWII

the japanese sided with UK because of their influence and had no particular interest in joining this war, except for a german province. They would have a larger territorial expansion if they sided with germans against russians and the chinese, so they can't possibly be an empire yet
