    Default started to do pushups

    50 eatch day. i do them against the wall because i cant do them on the ground. it will strenghthen my arms and breast and back muscles and its only a minute of work a day.

    any comments? i think after 3 months i will notice a increase in strength or you think thats not enough?

    Even if they are from your knees, do push ups on the ground. They will benefit you more and eventually you will be able to do real ones.
