Numbers wise one could say Croats are a minority, but a constitutive one nevertheless thanks to the 1990s agreements. If for a reason there are three representatives from three ethnic groups and for the sake of good relationships within the Federation one ethnic group should have a representative that ethnic group has chosen.

It was a hypothetical question. Would Bosniaks overwhelmingly chose person X to represent them, but instead other ethnic group makes a choice for you and puts its own puppet to represent you with person Y, would you mind that, yes or no?
