This is third time they do this. Because Serbs are untouchable, protected by their Republika Srpska, so Bosniaks are trying to completely marginalize BiH Croats. That is why third federal Unit is a necessity.
BiH constitutional court declared this against constitution, but nothing happened. BiH is not really a democracy, there the power rules.

Well that's actually true, since day 1. What I don't really understand is why a proper population exchange wasn't made in the Balkans. It would have saved a lot of drama.

Just to add. Komsic is half Croat and half Serb married to Bosniak woman. He declares as Bosnian, but Croat only for elections. He could say he is Serb, but since Serbs are more numerous it is easier to say he is Croat. Croats didn't vote for him yet he represents B&H Croats and says his first step is to sue Croatia because of Peljesac bridge. LMAO, only in Balkans.

Chosing of Komšić is illegal and can lead to breakdown of BiH. Problem is that Federation of BiH (where Bosniaks and Croats live) is one electoral Unit, so ethnic group that is majority can over vote smaller one.
Komšić got more Bosniak than Croat votes, and he is openly anti-Croat. Absolutely scandalous. This way they chosed to themself two members of the Presidency, while leaving Croats with no one.

That is direct breach of Dayton Agreement (BiH constitution) btw. Absolutely outrageous and this time it won't pass without deep consequences.

It's all legale, and most of Bosniaks who voted for Komsic did it because he is a Golden Lily and a true Bosnian patriot, he would win if he was a candidate for Bosniak president.

SDA will make a coalition with HDZ once again and Covic will most likely end up as some important minister on national level...
