Tell me something Bobby:

Is a Navajo person recognized as Native American ethnic minority only in Arizona? Or all over the USA?

Is a Sioux recognized as Native American ethnic minority only in South Dakota? Or all over the USA?

West Slavs are native to present-day Germany, and who cares if it is a Sorb (Apache) or Pole (Sioux).

Indians are registered as members of their specific tribe, and only have tribal rights within their own tribe. A Navaho cannot join the Comanche tribe, for example. They would be recorded as "Native American/American Indian" on the Census no matter where they live, but they only have special Indian rights on their own reservation.

Based on the Polish–German Treaty of Good Neighbourship and Friendly Cooperation (Polish: Traktat o dobrym sąsiedztwie i przyjaznej współpracy, German: Vertrag über gute Nachbarschaft und freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit), signed between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Poland on 17 June1991 - Polish minority in Germany should have exactly the same rights and status as German minority in Poland.
