French-speaking village was opened in Armenia

Due to Francophone Summit a French-speaking village has been opened on Freedom Square in Yerevan. Cultures of about 80 countries of the world, national crafts and cuisine will be presented.

He's not an Englishman but he may be called English or British in a sense that his country is a part of British Commonwealth of Nations.

And you may be a Francophone and for that you have not to be a French by origin.

Brigitte Macron in Yerevan today walked to the market of jewelry, souvenirs, paintings and the like called Vernissage and a local saleswoman confused one of her guards with French President Emmanuel Macron, hugged and kissed him, admitting that she loved him very much.
