Look there are plenty of people in the world who create a reason why they can't live the life they would like too. E.g. they feel too young for being able to live the life they would want to (they think that because of it they are not be able to be a normal member of the society, they feel to be refused by everyone). And one day they wake up and they start to think they are too old to get a normal life. First they are too young then they are too old, nothing between. Plus you added into this that nonsense about your looks - because you look the way you look you can't get a wife etc.
All these things are constructions of your mind that determinate the way you live. And there is something deeper behind it something that you suppressed. A good psychological therapist could help you with. You really have an deeper issue, it is not about your age, about your weight, there is something else behind it.
Now you are an adult men, asking if you look younger/obesse on the internet will not help you with anything, the only thing that matters is the way you perceive yourself and how it reflects your life.
