French, but it's a mandatory course here. Then there is German.

    Spanish.

Its very important in the US. about 1/5 of the US speaks spanish natively. In states like California, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico in southwestern US, about 1/3-1/2 of the population speaks the language.

Most high schools require a second language elective to graduate so majority of the people take spanish, but a decent amount take french, chinese, german and other languages as well.

French in the past generations. Now Spanish.
    1) Alpine,Dinaric,Mediterranean,Baltic and Nordic should be enough to identify most Europeans.
    2) These are not races, just examples of possible variants. Have fun with them but don’t take it seriously.
    3) No one is a Steppe Warrior or a Hunter Gatherer. Stop Frowning in your selfies to look badass, looks like you are taking a s*it.
    4) We are all WC: Westernized Consumers.
