    Those things aren't accurate for everything. You have to use common sense or research certain things yourself if it's something that doesn't come with a label. And if eating less than X calories isn't working then go lower.

    He eats sausages, cookies, CHIPS and cheese every day and he expects to lose weight.

    Rich I hope you're not that uneducated that you can't find blog with healty diet recommendations, there are tons of it. Or you just troll here. It is important to eat healty especially if you are sick. And to go to bed early.

    I don't eat cookies every day. That was just 1 example of when I eat more or more junk food. Normally I avoid any dessert .

    here is an example of a day I probably eat at my worst

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage , 1 piece of toast 1 bowl of grits . 1 cup of milk

    Dinner: Turkey and cheese sandwich. 1 small bag of potato chips. 1 cup of vegetables 1 cup of milk

    Snack: yogurt , 1 zone bar

    Supper: Two Turkey burgers on hamburger buns with 2 pieces of cheese. 1 cup of mixed vegetables 1 cup of brown rice
    1 sweet tea

    Snack: A few cookies or chocolate Hershey Bar

    Breakfast: skip the toast, you don't need it. Keep the eggs. Get some chicken liver, wash it to get as much blood out as you can, drench it in lemon juice and fry it. You already have grits as a carbohydrate. Replace the glass of milk with a tea of black pepper, fresh lemon juice and ginger.


    Dinner: See supper, your soup should last for 2-3 meals

    Snack: If your body absolutely craves a snack now, eat the cookies or hershey bar here instead.

    See how much grams of sugar your standard snack eating contains cumulatively, then go and find cookies and candy bars that have a few grams less sugar and carbohydrate in them and replace. Keep constantly replacing until one day you are happy just eating a small bowl of musli with ground pumpkin seeds and 4 drops of raw honey and almond or cashew milk.

    Supper: buy some chicken legs with their skin on, boil them in water, remove the foam at the top and add some potatoes and carrots and even artichoke hearts inside (you can buy them frozen) or peas or whatever you want, add salt and pepper to taste. Once the potatoes and carrots are done eat all you want. Squeeze fresh lemon juice in the bowl you are eating to make it even tastier. Drink the broth to become strong.

    Fuck cheese. Fucks hamburger buns, fuck cup of mixed vegetables. Fuck milk. Lactose is sugar.

    Sideeffects: If at some point you stop feeling like a little bitch that needs to cry about shit and keep everyone happy and pleased and start yelling out of your balls about the suffering of life it's because you are now producing testosterone again.

    There is no excuse for eating a meal which you do not desire. If you don't desire it, the chances are very good that you do not need it. If you don't need it and don't really want it, DON'T EAT IT ! I haven't eaten breakfast in this century and I have painlessly lost about 50 pounds.

    If you're so accustomed to eating breakfast that you miss it even though you aren't hungry, try avoiding high-carbohydrate
    (and high-calorie) breakfast foods. For a number of years, I ate soup for breakfast, enjoyed it and maintained constant weight.I didn't lose any weight, however, until I omitted breakfast entirely,
