    I get up depending on my lecture times lol, 9am lecture? Get up at 8am. 3pm lecture? Lie in till like 12. I should have a set pattern really.

    Sorry if I missed this, but what do you do for a living?

    11am is ideal for me, but I must be in an office at 9am or I cannot pay rent or eat food. Sunrise is over-rated. In fact, I find it depressing.

    I have Lyme disease and I'm on SSI so I don't work full time. I work PT as a musician and doing a dancing cow at a local restaurant.

    My god dude. It doesn't matter if you eat breakfast or not, if you eat once a day or 3 times a day or 10 times a day. All that matters is calorie intake.

    I track my calories on Lose it. And I average 2300-2600 daily. So I should be losing. Plus exercise.

    You're doing something wrong then, like everyone else who is convinced they're accurately counting calories or watching what they eat and don't understand why they aren't losing weight

    Immediately after I eat something, I log it into my calorie counter. So I guess the calorie tracker must be underestimating the calories or I am not measuring correctly
