Despite everything it is a melancholic celebration so people want something more optimistic. Many people these days enjoy creating a typical Halloween decoration with pumpkins, some even adore "Día de Muertos"

It's the devil's holiday. Many churches in my area offer alternatives for children, especially when it falls on Sunday. They dress up like Bible characters, play games, and still have candy. They just don't trick or treat or partake in Pagan ritual sacrifices.
