That's just for fun on TA, I just see myself as generic White most of the time

If you feel close to ethnic Serbs and see them as your own people (like you do with Romas), then it'd make sense to identify with them and say you're half-Serb and half-Roma. If you don't, then you can just call yourself Roma. That is how I would identify if I were in your position. But you can also identify as half-Serb and half-Roma because of your ancestry regardless of how close you feel to either group, and it wouldn't be weird either.
