A 50/50 mix of provolone and mozzarella, sliced meatballs (I mean real meatballs), pineapple, jalapeño and topped with feta cheese might be my favorite combination. The crust is extremely important, crust no good, pizza no good. And of course, San Marzano tomatoes.
