You can try MorleyDNA. A free service.

If you want to take a Y-DNA test then you can take FTDNA's Big-Y or YSEQ.

I tried Morley, it gave me two different subclade and kind of confused me.

I'll probs try this big-Y from FTDNA after I sort the ancestrydna test out and have some more money.

There's like 4 different tests ranging from 169 to 649usd is the most expensive one necessary?

Is it worth taking any of these more detailed tests if I wish to get it anymore specific? Don't want to spend 100s of quid if it isn't worth it.

I don't think you need to but if you want to find out your subclade of S17250 and see what specific group you match, then I would suggest testing further.

It's younger Vinča and Lepenski Vir haplogroup clade evolved in the last 2000 years in Poland and Belarus, but originally from Serbia.

Serbian conquerors colonized most of Europe and spread it everywhere before it got crushed by Indo-Europeans.

Of total I2a1b2a1 among Dalmatians Serbs Din-S (PH908) is about 50%, and Din-N (CTS10228) is also abut 50%.

There is one CTS10228 from native village of ayetooey's father. But you are right, he is most likely PH908.
