What is Taurid?

As far i know taurid is an umbrella term for dinarids and armenoids, etc. But I see some users classifying people as taurid so i was just wondering if it is a separate phenotypes or not.

Wrong, the OP is right, taurid is a umbrella term for Armenoid and dinarid like the OP said.
When people classify someone as "taurid", it means that the classified cannot distinguish if the person is dinarid, armenoid or a mix of the both. Like you, i cannot tell if you have both armenoid and dinarid but you certainly have at least one of them, so i classify you as taurid+med.

"Mtebid" doesn't exists, it is a mix of types, it can be the same as taurid+pontid+alpine or something like that.

Metbid is an alpinicized dinaroarmenid with whiter skin colour,lighter eyes and hair sometimes and not so hooked nose comparing to Dinarid and Armenoid.

Exists mostly in Caucasus and and some parts of Black sea.
