Who do Europeans joke about most?

I saw this posted on Reddit the other day, for England it's mostly Ireland, the Scots & Welsh, then the French and Spaniards. In Spain I'd usually hear jokes involving their northern neighbours, my family being Spanish-English but overwhelmingly English are more likely to give the French and Germans more abuse than the British Isles, but we still mock each other mercilessly.

How accurate is it for your country?

The Hungarians' penchant for joking about Scotland caught my eye, I asked a hungarian friend and she said that "Scottish frugality" is what is mocked, and that Scottish is just a replacement word for "Jew" lol

Don't know how accurate that is.

The French also mock us a lot, and the Germans have the best nickname for us: "Inselaffe" lit. Island Monkeys.

No we just have some jokes usually based on they are scrimpy, atleast that is the public stereotype but I doubt most of hungarians would've even met one scottish person in their life lol. We also have jokes on gypsies, romanians, russians, americans , these what come to my mind right now.
