I don't like traditional Taxi Drivers, they take longer distances for the client to pay more, this happens specialy with other Portuguese who are not from Lisbon and of course Foreigners.

I used to take taxis quite a while a few years ago, now not anymore. During that period i got a lot of different taxi drivers, like:

- A socialist party enthusiast who said Fernando Medina was going to be the next prime minister.
- An ukranian(?) who was telling me all that was wrong with Portugal, but in a constructive and positive way.
- Football fanatics, a classic

Only one time one took a route bigger than necessary. I said to him that was not the way and he eventually stopped the taximeter half way.
They lost my trust after that.
