    Question Ethnography and Political context of the 9 malet e dibres region

    A while ago a gentleman referenced how this region was organized in a kind of city-state format. Is this true? Can someone provide me some political context or maybe some historical events that occurred in this region of Albania? tbqh I have always kind of overlooked this region, but its peaked my interest again.
