    Well, Irish are technically British too (the British Isles), but that doesn't mean they belong to the UK.

    Likewise Hispania was the name for all of Iberia as used by the Romans, but history made it so it would stand for the Kingdom of Spain as we know it today. The Portuguese Autonomous Region of Spain would be a bad idea of course lol.

    I'm half Irish and English, but all 4 of my grandparents were born in the UK. The Irish who live in the North belong to the UK whether they like it or not. Whether or not to consider Ireland British is a tough question, I consider myself British informally but technically I'm not sure.

    I consider anyone who is indian is someone who is born in indian and at least have one indian parents

    For example she is born in india and her mother is indian and father is german for me she is indian you at least need one indian parents to be part of indian culture.
