Typical. Today's society is SO brainwashed it's not even funny anymore... it sickens me. Stupidity reigns. People nowadays are less intelligent than their forebears, I think. In the West, at least. For sure. I've read that IQ levels in some Western countries have been dropping dramatically among young people in recent years. I think one reason is the forced acceptance of idiocy. It has to make you more stupid eventually.

Just look at anything written 100 years ago (books, speeches,etc..) and compare it to something written today. People back then were much smarter, no doubt.

In order to accommodate increasing numbers of lesser-intelligent foreigners, we have really lowered our standards everywhere... and things like academic competition in schools is very watered down. Our modern schools are producing semi-literate failures.

Were they really smarter or is it just that everyone openly communicates now, so we see all sorts?

The older generation were leaving school by about thirteen for example and people were walking straight into apprenticeships, when today everything is about further education.

Yeah it seems really unprofessional and shitty to have these people on commercial flights.
