    The most I managed to do was one month it resulted in me being horny 24/7 like a caveman but also way better gym results, leading to the conclusion this tesosterone boost is real.

    Masturbation increases total body testosterone because testosterone is an essential hormone for sperm creation. So, during masturbation testosterone rises by 150% (total body testosterone, I am not sure about free or available testosterone in your blood) and slowly returns to normal after ejaculation.     I think studies more and more show that high levels of estrogen are probably the primary cause of prostate cancer and inflammation (prostatitis) in men. For many years people thought that testosterone is the main problem, then they thought DHT is the main prostate problem, but when you zoom into the picture clearly high levels of estrogen have to do with it. There is an enzyme called aromatase which converts testosterone into estrogen. Obviously too much of this enzyme is bad. Smokers on average have 15% higher testosterone levels than non-smokers because as it turns out tobacco is aromatase inhibitor. It inhibits conversion of testosterone to estrogen. But obviously if you don't smoke you shouldn't do it because that benefit doesn't outweigh bad sides of smoking when there are other natural aromatase inhibitors. And if you smoke you should stop. Short term smoking also lowers testosterone levels. Research shows that only after some time of smoking testosterone levels begin to rise. By far the best natural aromatase inhibitor is a stinging nettle root. My recommendation is that you start drinking stinging nettle root tea.

    Factors that increase aromatase levels are insulin resistance, obesity, alcohol etc.

    Common fapping doesn´t affect only testosterone, but rather dopamine and cerebral sexual circuits, which it´s more serious.

    No fucking way nofap would increase your testosterone, maybe its mental health effects could in some time but not by itself biologically

    Meh I tried this. There is minimal increase in T(I actually tested). The benefits of no fap are dopaminergic, your receptors recover and you’re more sensitive to dopamine which makes your life better all around.

    What really boosts testosterone is getting to 10 percent bodyfat. I tested this. When I bulk my T drops after gaining too much fat. When I cut my testosterone shoots up, up until the cut starts getting into more than 4 months territory which will drop your T because you’re not getting enough micro and macro nutrients for optimal production. Also Macuna Pruriens is perfect for nofap. It keeps your dopamine levels elevated through the hardest parts of nofap. When you cut porn cold Turkey it’s like cutting off a drug you need something to keep your dopamine levels somewhat elevated
