Look up any genetic study, over 70 percent are Albanian by y DNA, and over 2 third can actually trace roots directly back to Albanian clans from Malësia through oral history. Most of the regular educated Albanian posters here, Kelmandasi for example, would completely disagree with you; these people are Albanians who speak a slavic tongue, SOME are Turkish or Mena admixed, hence why they appear more eastern. No point in down-voting me when I'm speaking facts.

I don't deny they are darker than Albanians, they are admixed with Turks, and other MENA + caucus peoples that the Ottomans shipped in; but they are majority Albanian origin from Malësia as shown by Y dna + oral history and there are some who are not admixed. These people have 0 to do with Bosnia, they can't trace any roots back to Bosnia.

These Albanians are not eastern looking then? Half of them look more West Asian or Caucasian than European:

Why would those Sanjak people be less typical in Albania than these folks from Lushnje?
