the only problem would be the conversion of debt in euro to debt in less poweful lira...that would be a problem. we gotta grow then we should leave as soon as possible

It will be interesting to see what happens with the EU in the next few years. Britain leaving the EU could stir others. I think a lot of people feel the EU has a democratic deficit and people feel a bit alienated. The EU needs to fix this if they are to survive. Listening to the people a bit more would be a good start and not thinking they can make big decisions without reading public sentiment. I'm looking at you Angela Merkel.

If European bureaucrats (like Drunker) continue to criticize us and don't allow us to do our reforms it will most likely happen.

the question is: are many Italians skeptical of the European union on economic grounds or national/immigrational ones (maybe they see the EU ways as an attack to their culture/specific, dunno)?
