If you mean Turkish people then Balkan/Greek component in them is much higher ( 20-30%) than Central Asian ( around 5% on average).

Real Anatolian Turks don’t have significant Balkan or Greek genes in them. Those muslims from the Balkans and Greece are a minority in Turkey.

No. Anatolians + Minor Central Asian. Kurds and others groups can diverge too. I think Turks, nowadays, are more advanced than Arabs.
