When deciding which migrants to let in, what matters more: ethnicity or skills/education?

Educated Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese/other East Asian vs. uneducated, not speaking (and not willing to learn) our language newcomer from Lithuania, Malta or Greece?
I certainly prefer the East Asian folk. They are well-behaved, learn fast and integrate well. Some Chinese and Vietnamese work in my town - always did well, they speak our language and earn their money by actual labour and trade.
My neighbour's mother is from Sri Lanka - polite, peaceful lady.
Most Greeks I've encountered (both living here and students) never bother to learn the language, even the ones who've been married here for 10 years or more.
However, it depends on the non-European group. If it's MENA refugees they definitely won't get my approval.

Race + Skills/Education can be resumed in country of origin. Every concerned government should make a list topping east Asian countries on priority and never include Islamic shitholes. Also prioritize female immigrants over male ones.

I would like migrant ethnicitues in Pakistan that are both good looking(in my book obviously ,subjective) and with good work/social ethics

I will personally like having armenian/Assyrian and Levantine communities in Pakistan.(talking about non Europeans). Europeans and East Asians of every kind are welcomed lol they are so cool and productive.

Secondly, British nationality could be people of any race if they have British citizenship. Just like people with American nationality could be people of any race. A person could have the surname 'Patel' or 'Mohammad' and still be classified as a British citizen if they have UK citizenship.

The same with Eastern European migrants;- many Roma gypsies are classified as 'Romanian' or 'Bulgarian' citizens.

Nationality doesn't clarify the race of a person.

That is interesting, Vietnamese also have a high crime rate/incarceration rate for migrant groups in Australia. I am not sure about the UK but many Vietnamese in Australia came from a refugee background, I noticed that is often a factor. Though overall, New Zealanders are the highest but mostly it is the Polynesian New Zealanders, not the White ones.
