Well, people should be very careful about this sort of thing. I think the people who are truly born with the wrong brain are probably less than 1% of the population. The media is hyping this up, which means that some mentally ill people are going to latch on to it.

It will never change. The entire mental health service is full of SJWs who do not acknowledge the realities of what mental disorders. For example most of the guys involved in mass shootings were clearly mentally ill, but you if you even attempt to address the connection between mental health and violence then you will be confronted by such leftists for "stigmatizing mental illness". They categorically reject any non-PC ideas. There is no way that they would ever accept transgenderism as a mental illness.

There’s an increase of homeless people on the streets who are mentally ill because they can’t keep track of taking their medications, so they end up scattering and being lost. I don’t know what kind of people still think homeless people are a result of laziness and having no jobs. It’s more that since mental hospitals have been in decline, since SJWs found this to be politically incorrect, more people have a hard time generally taking care of themselves.

It’s just rough all around. Everywhere I look, it’s like the weak and vulnerable are repeatedly getting the crap kicked out of them mentally, physically, and spiritually.

A lot of trannies regret their decision and want to go back to their real gender. They've mutilated their bodies to such a degree that I imagine they drastically decreased their life expectancy. For those who got the frankenstein colon-vagina surgery, I imagine they'll be using a colostomy bag in a few years. Even if you somehow "treat" them, they will live a life of utter suffering, guilt, and shame.

The trans lifestyle is a mix of degeneracy, regret and depression. Their lives are never normal, their decisions impact everything they do in life and they'll always revolve their entire lives around their made-up gender. They try to fix a mental issue by being issued genital mutilation thinking it can be solved, but when they realise it will never fix their dysphoria they become even more suicidal.
