I once tried live octopus at a Korean bbq place here in Sydney, but I spat it all out lmao. It was disgusting, just couldn't swallow it.

I think just the tentacles are okay to eat though, also I tried snake once which they eat in some SE Asian countries.

Ya that's sannakji. Technically the octopus is dead, but the nerve endings are still active, causing the tentacles to move around the plate aha. How was snake?? Geez
