Hard to guess. Where have you heard it? Perhaps some context would help.

I just found a video of people playing this song on the street. You didn't get any of those lyrics?

Some parts of it, the audio is not the best. My guess is that you saw a "Tuna". A tuna is a group of university students in traditional university dress who play traditional instruments and sing serenades. The tradition originated in Portugal in the 13th century.

I am looking for it, I will tell you if I can find.

It's going to be a difficult one to crack, and your sample is short. It seems to be a cover with original lyrics, a bit of a coin toss but it looks like a fast paced version of this Angolan song to me. At least I can discern some similarities in the chorus part .

To me it sounds like some generic performance by a female Tuna. Hard to know which song, it could be an original from them.

I don't understand any of the lyrics. Is it really portuguese?

I understand some, around 17 segundos it says "nunca mais vai esquecer", and at 26 "nós viemos *descansar*?", o audio tá meio ruim também.

for the entonation, it's not brazilian portuguese, but I cannot say if it iberian or some african accent

It is a female tuna song. At 11th second they actually seem to sing "Somos todos da tuna". It got to be from tuna nevertheless, style and lyrics (not all understandable though) but they sing "Vem connosco e vais para a festa" at the end of the excerpt, signaling the academic revelry stamp we all come to know.
