Default Bulgaria extradites PKK terrorist to Turkey

    EDIRNE, Turkey

A PKK terrorist who illegally crossed to Bulgaria has been handed over to Turkish officials from the Kapikule border crossing in western Edirne province, security sources said on Wednesday.

The man, identified by officials as Hakki Goren, was allegedly planning to go to France from Bulgaria before being held in Plovdiv city, the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to the media, said.

Goren, codenamed “Haki Sedat”, was later arrested by Turkish terror squads and then remanded into custody.

According to the sources, the terrorist joined meetings and demonstrations held on behalf of the PKK/KCK terror group from 2002 to 2010. Later in 2014, he crossed to Syria to carry out activities of PKK/KCK/PYD and YPG.

The same terrorist illegally crossed into Greece in 2017 and coordinated transfers of PKK members, who were injured in conflict areas, to Europe.

In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU -- has been responsible for the deaths of nearly 40,000 people.

I side with Kurds tbh, fighting for the sovereignty of your people doesn't make you a terrorist it makes you a hero.

If Gypsies in Bulgaria, or Pakistanis/Indians in UK start war for sovereignty, you would also support then. Kurds have the same story. They aren't native and they didn't come to Turkey as conquerors either. They were Muslim immigrants/refugees who simply migrated and now claim the land as theirs.

Turkic people aren't native to Anatolia either, the Kurds have just as much right to be there as Turks do. No I wouldn't support Pakistani's wanting sovereignty in the UK as there is no legitimate reason for British Pakistanis to want or need sovereignty, the Kurds on the other hand have millions of reasons to want sovereignty

Ancestors of Bulgarians (the Bulgars) were also Turkic people though Slavicizing later. They know the standars of proprietorship and the ethic of the noble... İn contrast to the ethic and rightfulness standards of Gypsies and alike...

This is a common myth. Turks are almost entirely Anatolian by dna, they have very little admixture from the early Turkic tribes.

Excuse my ignorance, the latter part of my point still stands though.

I agree with you on the rest. I generally support the Kurds, and I have very little sympathy for the Turks, considering there very recent history, and current attempts to destabilize communities and political events within Europe, with Erdogan funding radicals in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria etc.
