Is it possible to get PTSD after seeing DNA test results?

If your 23andMe, DNA Tribes, FTDNA or whatever results are shocking, can it cause you to have PTSD? Or can it only be caused by real life traumatic events like war, terrorist attack, earthquake, etc.?

I don't know but I haven't take any personal DNA test not because I can't afford it because I'm sorta scared and finding who I'm I don't want to have a a lot sub Saharan African DNA on me I'm okay with being mestizo I'm just scared .

So you could probably get PTSD from learning something weird or unexpected about your ancestry.

Tbh since I'm a very direct person probably yes. My dad looks mestizo with a lot SSA mean while my mother looks 70-80% White.

Once I get out of that fear and feel 100% confident about me than I will move a step in that mean time no probably need to mature more you know what I mean etc

I would do anything to have some SSA, it would be cool as fukc. Nothing is lamer than 100% this or that.

No you can't. PTSD can from bullying and abuse at work, war, natural causes. If someone say they have PTSD due to their DNA result we can all laugh at it.
