PTSD develops from situations where the person believes their life is in mortal danger. Eg: robbery, hijacking, rape, earthquake, being stuck in a burning building. Basically any situation where the person is convinced they are going to die. I don't believe that the emotions arising from the results of a DNA test are anywhere near the stress someone who is fearing for their life.

I do want to add. I read somewhere where some "proud" Italian girl took a DNA test and come to find out she is a Jew. It really troubled her from what I remember. Myself. I always admired the Slavic peoples and when I found out I had some significant Slavic DNA I was really happy about it.

No at most it can give you identity crisis but it shouldnt. They are subjective and can be interpreted in different ways.
