All Keltic countries (incl Gallo-Romance speaking) have lots of Keltic looking individuals. None are pure: they all had lots of Germanic influence...

All of Britain and Ireland are predominantly of pre-Germanic "Celtic" stock.

Scotland is the least Celtic of the three, as much of Scotland is scarcely more Celtic than much of England. I would imagine parts of Scotland are more "Germanic" than the far west and southwest of England.

Ireland has significant Scandinavian input in the range of 20% throughout the country, no area has been unaffected, as well as whatever Germanic was indirectly brought over from England and Scotland.

I think the Welsh are probably the most 'Celtic'.

Central French ? What about Cornish and Breton ? Between Welsh, Irish and Scottish, lowland Scotland is the most Germanic.

How are you defining Celt genetically? There was never a genetically coherent group called Celts AFAIK, and I suspect the proto-Celts were most similar to the Northernmost shifted Celts of today, the Irish and Scots.

Scots and Irish have Scandinavian ancestry to explain the northward shift.

Why didn't you include the Celtic Manx people from the Isle of Man...? (Although they also have English and Norse ancestry and a 1000 year old Viking Parliamentary system on their island,)... and the Cornish from the West Country of Great Britain.

I'm originally from the beautiful south-west (West Country) and I don't see any noticeable physical differences between large groups of people in Cornwall, Wales, the Isle of Man, England, Scotland, and Ireland.

'The English are not a nation of immigrants...' (Whoever wrote that title hasn't seen the immigration takeover of cities like London and Birmingham. )

The uploader is referring to the genetic findings of the ancient Celtic ancestry of the native English people. Most of the English were scientifically found to have mostly ancient pre-Germanic DNA.

The pale English look closer to the pale Scots, Welsh, Cornish and Irish, than to German or French people.
