The Picture Game is a game where we get to post a historical pictures from a date in which photography was already common place and where others need to guess when that picture was taken. The one who guesses it right may post a new picture.

Sunday in the Netherlands, winter 1973-1974, during the Arab Oil Embargo. We didn't ban Sunday driving in the states but many gas stations ran out of gas & limited how much you could buy. It was something of a national panic. I didn't see anything like it again until the panic buying on 9/11.
