I don't hear anything islamic, typical bessarabian music. The music is from Chisinau and Anenii Noi area. Is close to Bugeac.

Unbelievable how homogeneous Romanians are culturally and linguistically, considering the large territory they inhabit.

Because of vlach roots. Sadly, today the authentic folklore is dying, and is very bastardized with many gypsy influences.
